thing is - Cluetrain is the start of all this... its the book that got so many of us going. I would almost say that nothing in this post isn&#039;t mentioned in or inspired by that book. 

The post maps a lot of my real world experience to the Cluetrain&#039;s authors principles/ideas/themes</description>
